Your doctor tells you to improve your diet and to exercise more, but you don’t know where to start. Your psychiatrist tells you how important sleep is to your mental health condition, but you have trouble getting consistent, quality rest. Your friends tell you to find better ways to manage stress - things like journaling, and breathwork - but who has the time? It turns out, the advice is simple, it just isn’t easy to execute. The missing link is a health coach to help you get clear on your goals, build better habits and make sustainable shifts to improve your health.
I’ve spent the past decade personally focused on doing the work to build better brain health - crafting my wellness vision, building my healthcare team, implementing lifestyle medicine to improve or eliminate my mental health symptoms. Now I’m guiding other women as they stop settling for medication and talk therapy alone, or accepting their symptoms as “just the way it is” I’m guiding women as they re-claim their brain health and build beautiful lives they love!
