This 1:1 coaching program is for women ready to commit to their health and put in the work! After all, the answer is simple, but it isn’t easy. During our 8 sessions, we’ll do a deep dive into each of the 5 Pillars of Brain Health, specifically as they relate to your unique life situation. We’ll design your personalized wellness vision, build your integrative health team, and create actionable strategies to build healthy habits.
